• The parcel must be opened clearly showing the sealed packaging.
• Claims for damaged or missing items will only be accepted if the unboxing video shows the sealed package being opened.
• Without proper video proof, no claims will be entertained.

Return Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for sending back items in case of exchange/claims.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
