Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Processing & Charges

• Exchange requests are processed within 15 working days after the item is received and inspected.
• Shipping/delivery costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
• The exchange value will be based on the original purchase price of the item.

Return & Refund Policy

Currently, we do not offer cash refunds. However, eligible items may be exchanged for another product of equal value or adjusted accordingly.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Nightwear / Nighties
• Bodystockings
• Cosplay Items
