• Orders cannot be cancelled after 1 hour of placement under any circumstances.

6. Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
• Estimated delivery time is 4–5 working days, but delays may occur due to courier, weather, or unforeseen issues.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details; we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
7. Courier & Delivery Policy
• Courier personnel are strictly not permitted to open parcels before payment.
• Customers cannot refuse delivery on the basis of not being allowed to open the parcel.
• Any such refusal may result in account restrictions or future order limitations.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
• We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
• Exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy and approval after inspection.
• The customer bears all return shipping costs.
• Delivery charges are strictly non-refundable.
9. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
• Panties
• Nightwear / Nighties
• Bodystockings
• Cosplay items
10. Mandatory Unboxing Proof
• Customers must record a complete unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened.
• Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items will only be accepted with valid video proof.
• If the seal opening is not clearly shown, no claim will be accepted under any condition.
11. Limitation of Liability
• Her Haven shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, branding, text, images, and designs, are the exclusive property of Her Haven. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
